Came up with a good battle plan to get our trailer over to their facility and them him and the owner (forgot his name, Nathan maybe?) swiftly ordered parts and knocked the job out.
Axle and bearing needed replacement, they also lubed up other bearings to keep us safe. Decently affordable and we were only stuck for like 1 day.
